Current learning trends: The main topics focus on relevant (learning) topics and trends. The forum also discusses developments in the field of training and further education.

Networking & exchange of practical knowledge: The forum promotes dialog between colleagues who share their knowledge and learn from each other.

Regular events: The forum takes place every 1-2 months.
Hybrid option: Employees can choose whether they want to participate live on site at the Helix showroom in Marchtrenk or via video conference.
On Demand: Each forum is recorded so that employees can watch it when it suits them.
