Focusing on People – Learning and Growing
TGW Co-Founder Ludwig Szinicz understood that learning and growing are the keys to the success of TGW. Therefore, he established the Foundation philosophy, “Focusing on people – Learning & Growing.”
TGW world includes three complementary parts: TGW Future Private Foundation, owner, founder, and shareholder; TGW Logistics, industrial entrepreneurship; and TGW Future Wings, social entrepreneurship. In alignment with the Foundation philosophy, MINDtastic was created as the global program for holistic education within the TGW world.

In 2004, Ludwig Szinicz transformed the company into a Foundation-based organization, associating it with a clear mission:
“Due to the Foundation’s mission TGW Group is not merely a convenient economic community but a purpose-oriented community of values that facilitates human and professional growth and entrepreneurial success.”
