Our MINDtastic Team has grown with the addition of four new team members in the past year. This month, we enjoyed a teambuilding seminar to foster fellowship, strengthen trust, and devise a game plan to expand the MINDtastic learning and development program at TGW.

The activities energized team spirit through sharing stories, which all team members embraced to form a deeper understanding of our personal and professional experiences. Throughout the two-day seminar, our team encouraged one another by giving a marble to a team member as a token of gratitude.

We shared stories, supported one another … and screamed together through the horror-themed Escape Room! The good news: we made it out of the Escape Room, and no one had a nightmare 😅😜
