MINDtastic supports TGW employees in their professional and personal development.
MINDtastic utilizes the personal growth framework of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) to improve employees’ self-awareness and performance. The IDGs comprise 23 skills necessary to shape a better future and are divided into five main dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. The MINDtastic Team continues to embed these dimensions and skills into the development, implementation, and measurement of our global holistic education program.
