Insights & Examples: how Network partnerships and New Age Learning enhance our learn culture

Discover how immersive technologies make self-directed learning more engaging & applicable at TGW Logistics.
Two of our Five Pillars, Network and New Age Learning, drive the development of our global program for holistic education. By finding like-minded people & learning from each other, we gain valuable insights into immersive technologies and L&D trends. These insights are then experimented with, prototyped, and integrated into the TGW Academy by MINDtastic and onboarding interactive trainings.
✅ Benefit & Impact for TGW employees
These technologies make complex TGW systems and processes easier to understand, providing employees with technical know-how and Future Tech Skills. By learning more effectively, employees can be more productive at work. Especially during onboarding, employees can more easily recognize their contribution to the company’s success! 💪
💥 Examples of Network and New Age Learning in action
Summary of the progress: Since 2023, we’ve partnered with pool3, experts in technical visualizations and VR systems, to explore new immersive technologies and L&D trends. We experimented with their 3D renderings, explosion animations, and VR training models to create prototypes.
🤝 The value of Networks: Presenting our Insights
Juergen Roithmeier, Director of MINDtastic, recently shared how we use these tools in TGW’s interactive trainings at the pool3 and sevensim CoLABday25. His presentation sparked valuable feedback and further insights from other companies and L&D departments. These Network and New Age Learning impulses inspire us to continuously improve, helping us create trainings that improve technical know-how and develop Future Tech Skills.
